easy and tasty chocolate cake

I found this chocolate cake in a Facebook group (unfortunately can't recall which one), and just by seeing how it looks, I really had to make it.
The cake itself is quite dry, but with the chocolate cream on top, it's so delicious and decadent.
This cake is really easy to prepare, and you can make it in no time. If you decide to bake this batter in a large oven pan, then you'll have a lower cake but plenty of slices to everyone :-).

I stored the cake in the pan I've baked it and covered it with aluminum foil and left it outside of the fridge. The cake was really delicious and lasted for 5 days before someone took
the last piece.


Ingredients:
Cake:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 packet baking powder (10g/0.35ounce)
1 packet vanilla sugar (10g/0.35ounce)
1 cup of sugar
6 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. powdered chocolate drink ( i used Nesquik )
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup orange juice

Chocolate cream:
100g/ 3.53ounce margarine/butter
100g/ 3.53ounce dark/bittersweet chocolate
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup water

optional: sprinkles

Preparation:
Heat oven to 180C/ 356F.
For the cake:
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
Add the rest of the ingredients by folding them carefully to the egg whites mixture.
Grease a large oven pan and pour in the batter.
Bake for about 40 minutes and then sit aside.

Prepare the chocolate cream:
Place all of the cream ingredients in a pan and cook on a lower heat, until the margarine as melted entirely, and the mixture is well blended. Pour on top of the cake and let it set.
